General Info
Weight Limit
We recommend our slings for children up to 35 pounds but often hear from moms wearing bigger babies in them. I recently wore my 4 year old in the sling when touring around New York City.
Fabric Samples
We would be happy to send you a sample of any of our sling fabrics. Just send us an email to info@natobello.com with your name and address to let us know which ones you would like to have sent.
Sling Alteration
To permanently shorten the length of your sling, mail the sling to us for alteration. We will gladly cut down the length of your sling for only $5 and the cost of shipping ($7). Contact us via email to get more information or simply mail your sling to us with a check for $12 or a credit card number. Please also include the number of inches you would like removed from the length of the sling.
Order Fulfillment
We ask that you allow 7-10 days for order processing. UPS shipping time is added to that estimate. Often, though, our slings go out faster depending on the day of the order and the amount of stock available.
Privacy/Log in
When you make a purchase on our site or create a log in profile, your personal information is safe with us. We never rent or sell your information. We do not store your credit card information. PayPal is our credit card processor and they take care of all sensitive data involved in a credit card transaction. PayPal has a comprehensive privacy policy that protects your information. PayPal does not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Our Wonderful Retailers
We encourage you to visit our retailers to try out our slings. It can be really helpful to see and touch the fabrics to find out which one is right for you. Also, many of our retailers are dedicated sling users and can give you a one on one lesson in the store.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be totally satisfied with your sling. Please return it, unused, for a refund or exchange if you are not happy with your purchase.

We are happy to ship anywhere UPS does. No additional contact is needed. Our shopping cart software, PayPal processing and real time quotes from UPS make international orders quick and easy.
Sling Learning and Support
We encourage you to watch the wearing instruction videos on our website and practice in front of a mirror. If you are unable to view our video on the site, contact us to request a free DVD .
If you are still having trouble, and even just for fun, we encourage you to connect with other baby wearers. Many times a friendly, one on one sling lesson is the best way to learn. La Leche League is a great place to find baby wearing moms. Don't be shy of approaching sling wearers when you are out and about. Most baby wearers are passionate advocates and will be happy to give quick advice about your sling.
Please feel free to call us with any questions as well. We often give sling lessons over the phone. We enjoy talking about and finding solutions to unusual sling issues and problems you may be having. Your feedback only makes our product better. Let us know how we can help you to better use your sling.
Sizing/Shrinkage
Our slings are one size. They adjust by pulling the fabric through the rings and can be made to fit every mom and every baby. There may be a small amount of shrinkage during the first washing of your sling but this will not affect the overall fit. We cut our slings generously to accommodate for any shrinkage.
